Sites allow educators to share classroom-appropriate videos
Many school district networks have blocked access to YouTube and Google videos. TeacherTube and SchoolTube both do an excellent job of of policing their content, so it’s often more appropriate to have students using these educational-based video sites.
TeacherTube, created by a superintendent, makes it easier for teachers to share educational videos for classroom use, while SchoolTube primarily features videos that students produce for class.
